Hanoverian Bay Mare 16.1hh (1998)

Silky Baby / Graf Landau, with lines going back to Gotthard as well as Goldsong (Daley K’s mother). Well educated, light and soft to ride. A jumping superstar with A+ front end, back end and back. Serena is officially A Grade and she has stepped up to Grand Prix level with many wins and placings, including a credible 2nd place in the 2009 SA State Country Championships over a big course built by Leeson Sirett. This horse is for the serious professional who wants to win.

TRAKTION

Warmblood Black Gelding 17.1hh (2001)

Traktion  is a great looking horse by Trak and out of a C Grade mare called Minnesota campaigned by Chris Chadwick. Traktion was impressive last season and is continuing his great form with consistent performances over some big tracks.  He is currently competing with success up to 1.30m.  Traktion has a fantastic temperament and is well organised on the flat. With his jumping, he is extremely careful and has great scope.  Traktion is a quality horse and an exciting prospect for the future.

LOLITA

Warmblood Bay Mare 16.2hh (2001)

By Lux Z from an Imperial Seal Mare.  This young horse is of exceptional class and has been performance bred with the highest quality jumping bloodlines on both sides. She is soft and light to ride and is always eager to please. Lolita has a great technique over the fences, is extremely athletic and has an amazing canter. She had a successful show at Werribee winning the 2009 Victorian State Junior Championships with Stephen on board. This mare is of International standard and is truly a jumping superstar in the making.  Lolita is a horse for a serious competitor with ambition.

TRA LA LA

Warmblood Bay Mare 16.1hh (2002)

By Trak and out of the A Grade mare Lady Jade. This well bred performance horse is already a proven breeder herself, having had two warmblood foals before being broken-in by us in 2008. She has been a pleasure to train and work with in every respect. Tra La La is a quality horse, very athletic, with good technique and is quite an expressive jumper. Her recent winning performances include the prestigious Young Horse Classic at the 2009 Kapunda Ag Show and the 120cm Young Rider class at the 2010 Mt Gambier Show over a tough course built by John Wilsher. She is currently competing with success in 120/125cm classes and is a rising star to look out for. Tra La La is a top class mare with style and a very promising future.

TOMBOY

Black/Brown Warmblood Mare 16.3hh (2004)

A big, athletic mare with lots of scope by the warmblood stallion Trak out of Swing.  Jazz is well educated on the flat with flying changes established. She started in official competitions in October of 2009 and has already won a D Grade class at an indoor showjumping competition, giving her 4 official points. She recently performed well at the Mt Gambier Junior/Young Rider Show in January 2010 over tough tracks built by John Wilsher.  This horse goes from strength to strength and will be something special in the future. Tomboy is for the serious competition rider looking for success.

MANOEUVRES

Bay/Brown TB Gelding 16.1hh (2002)

This horse is well educated and is light and soft to ride. He is an experienced D Grade Showjumper (13 points) with lots of competition miles under his belt. Hawke has been competing in C&D classes up to 120cm.  He is expressive in his jump and very careful. He has great looks, a great temperament and fantastic stable manners, making him easy to do anything with.  He is a no-fuss horse out at shows and will suit any rider looking for a super competitive horse for showjumping or eventing.

LILLY

Brown/Black Warmblood Mare 16.3hh (2002)

This mare by Lux Z has it all – she is athletic, has lots of scope, an amazing back end and has loads of presence. Lilly is out of one of Rod Brown’s well-bred performance mares and is from the same mother as the exciting young showjumper, Jokerman. She is soft to ride and well educated on the flat including flying changes and has just starting lateral work.  She has only recently started in official showjumping competitions and is looking amazing.  In January 2010 two foals by Contenda were born to her via an embryo transfer breeding program. Lilly is an amazing jumper and would be a Grand Prix prospect for a professional rider looking to the future.

TAKU

Bay Warmblood Gelding 16.0hh (2005)

Taku is by the imported warmblood stallion Trak and out of the A Grade mare Lady Jade. Full brother to the exciting up and coming showjumping mare, Tra La La. This youngster, like his sister is a quality horse. Taku has just commenced his training with us at the Northern Equestrian Centre and is working extremely well under saddle. His future looks bright and he will suit an ambitious rider looking for a quality horse that is ready to go on with.
