CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Deposit : $50 per day non-refundable booking deposit required for Shows / Clinics

Cancellation : 30 days notice for Shows / Clinics. 24 hours notice for private bookings.

Discount : 10% discount on arena hire for Shows / Clinics if paid 30 days in advance. PA and Lights not included.

After 6.00pm Surcharge : Shows /Clinics finishing after 6.00pm will be charged an additional $50.00 (+ lights).

Lights : Use of arena lights are at an additional cost and will be charged at $13.00 per hour.

Hirers Please Note : In hiring the NEC facilities, all Users agree to the conditions displayed, including the following : Pick up all manure from Indoor & car park. The kitchen area & and any appliances used are to be cleaned and left tidy. Seats are to be stacked against the back wall. Gallery is to be swept. Manure from day yards is to be placed in a pile in front of yards. All litter is to be placed in rubbish bins. All lights are to be turned off when you leave.
